  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct amount and service are selected before checkout.
  • In case of overpayment, contact support within 24 hours.

  • Misuse of our platform may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are only issued in the form of panel balance in case of service failure or unavailability.
  • Orders that are already “Completed” or “In progress” are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Balance top-ups are non-refundable.
